  Asia Pacific E-Serv Corporation is complete turn-key solutions provider that offers companies all the necessary services to be able to get your business to accept credit card transactions via the internet or MOTO. Our business gets your company directly connected to your own Internet Merchant Account, which is lodged directly to a European Acquirer and we provide you payment processing depending on what type of business you are engaged with.   BUSINESS PROCESS  
 
   
[ STEP 1 ] BUSINESS ASSESSMENT
   
  At the initial stage, our Marketing department will assess what type of merchant account you are applying for and what possible payment solution would best suit your business. At this stage, we also pre-qualify your company with some requirements that you need to submit in order to pass our due diligence.
   
[ STEP 2 ] QUOTATION
   
  Once we safely assess your business, we would give you  our formal quotation to what list of services that you need to avail with us, in order for your company to accept credit card transactions. We would also disclose to your company the quoted “discount rate” for your business.  Take note, we base our discount rate depending on the level of risk your business is engaged with, and we suggest that you submit accurate information about your company to be able to give you the best discount rate.
   
[ STEP 3 ] ACCEPTANCE PROCESS
   
  Once you accept and agreed on the level of service and price (a Formal Acceptance Letter will be faxed to our office), we will send you a Complete Compliance Business Package that we need in order to start the processing.
   
  At this stage, ASPACONLINE will also require complete company paperwork (EU company registration and other requirements), risk management report from a credit bureau (case to case basis depending on the nature of business).
   
[ STEP 4 ] MERCHANT ACCOUNT PROCESSING
   
  We will submit all your paperwork to our European Acquirer. Accreditation of Merchant Account normally takes 2-3 weeks, depending on the completeness of your paperwork and other requirements. In this stage both ASPAC and our Acquiring partner will do a rigid DUE DILIGENCE check on your business.
   
[ STEP 5 ] TECHNICAL INTEGRATION AND MERCHANT CONTRACT SIGNING
   
 

Once the Merchant Account is approved, ASPACONLINE will begin technical integration of your business to our payment system and with our acquiring partner.

   
  The Merchant Account Contract with our Acquirer and ASPACONLINE Merchant Processing Agreement will be submitted to you for your signing.
   
  After the process, you can now process credit card transactions!
